Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds is an Australian post-punk group who created the album Murder Ballads (1996). The album included the hit Where the Wild Roses Grow (duet with Kylie Minogue), which reached #11 on UK Singles Chart. Cave wrote over 200 songs and has 17 studio albums with The Bad Seeds. The group used gothic rock and alternative country elements in their music. Nick Cave also wrote novels And the Ass Saw the Angel (1989) and The Death of Bunny Munro (2009). He composed soundtracks for films The Proposition (2005) and Hell or High Water (2016). Their influence is felt in the work of PJ Harvey, Grinderman and Arcade Fire.
